Locally, we serve the towns of West Haven, Hamden, Branford, Woodbridge, Milford and the surrounding areas! I have been in the insurance industry since 2018 and offer Car/Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, Condo Insurance, Life Insurance, Business/Commercial Insurance and so much more! I became a State Farm Agent to make a difference in the way people purchase insurance products which are designed to protect what matters most. With over 5+ years of combined insurance experience my team of top-notch industry leaders can educate you on your options while being respectful to your budget and decisions.

I am a resident of West Haven CT and graduate of Post University where I received my B.A in Business Administration and Management! Some people get an adrenaline rush from skydiving or race car driving. Derwin gets a rush whenever he is able to put an insurance plan in place that has a positive impact on someone’s life. The sheer passion he has for his job has earned Derwin the recognition of his carrier and a spot in the Honor Club. Derwin is also an active member of the Waterbury Chamber of Commerce. On the weekends, Derwin and his wife like to go out for date nights or meet up with friends to take advantage of New Haven’s impressive foodie and social scene. Working out and reading are two of Derwin’s other favorite pastimes, so in addition to coverage options, Derwin can always recommend a good running trail or book, too.
